Gain Clarity, Become “Un-Stuck” and Develop Strategies to Achieve Your Goals
Personal Mastery…What is it?
Personal Mastery, is the discipline of continually expanding one’s ability to create desired results in life and work, fostering personal growth and commitment. (Peter Senge – “The Fifth Discipline”)
It involves approaching your life as a work in progress. How you show up one place is how you show up everywhere. It is about how we think and feel that impacts the decisions we make and produces the leaders and people that we are. We all have unproductive habits that keep us stuck, cost us money and impair our ability to truly reach our full potential. Being able to frame situations differently can help you move forward through self-imposed limitations. Working on mastering this thinking and these habits will expand your ability to create the results in your life/business that you desire.

Meet The Coaches:

Jennifer Bartsch
Jennifer’s journey began in a military family, moving frequently and living
twice in Panama. These early experiences shaped her adaptability and deep
appreciation for diverse perspectives. She earned a Bachelor of Science in
Computer Science from Florida State University as well as
studies in marriage and family therapy, with a focus on group dynamics.
Blending technical expertise with a passion for human connection, Jennifer
built a multifaceted career at Shell’s international IT organization. Her
work spanned consulting, customer service, staff management, global
leadership transitions, organizational effectiveness, coaching, and
facilitation-always with a focus on helping people thrive within complex
systems.
As a “trailing spouse,” Jennifer lived internationally in Canada and The
Netherlands. During this time, her commitment to helping others get
“unstuck” led her to become certified by the International Coach Federation
(ICF) and launch a coaching practice focused on expatriates navigating
change. She also brings board-level experience in strategic planning.
Jennifer’s clients include corporate managers, entrepreneurs, individuals
living with chronic illness or pain, and caregivers of children with special
needs. With over 20 years of experience in personal mastery-from pursuing
ambitious career goals to healing from trauma-she helps clients reconnect
with their passion, amplify their strengths, and make meaningful progress
toward personal and professional fulfillment.
Outside of coaching, Jennifer is pursuing her interior design license,
driven by a lifelong love of design and architecture. She enjoys travel,
entertaining, playing bridge, staying active, and hiking with her family.
She and her husband Erik have been together for 25 years and are raising
three teenagers, along with a dog and two Maine Coons who keep the household lively. Her personal mission is “To Co-create a Beautiful World.”
